J’adore is my, all around, go-to frag. It is a, in my opinion versatile, staple in my collection. And, although it IS rather sharp on opening, it quickly dries down into a softer version of itself.
It opens with a burst of crisp pear, melons, and peach but the fruit doesn’t dominate very long and within minutes, the jasmine shows up with tuberose, magnolia, and rose to take over until the very end, when the vanilla and musk pops in to show their heads.
J’adore is a sophisticated fresh white floral, that can as easily be dressed up for a night on the town as it can be worn to the supermarket. It’s well balanced, dignified yet unpretentious, and something I don’t feel frivolous for when wearing very casually.
It has a decent projection, sillage to be noticed but not offensive, and lasts all day well into the evening and can be detected for days on clothes, like scarves or jackets. You know, the only ones we can get away with NOT washing for days!
My husband absolutely loves this one on me and goes crazy everytime I wear it.
